I love this poem! Maya Angelou is amazing! I used to keep a copy of this poem with some pictures of her on my 11th grade AP Language and Compostion class. It's great to read when you're feeling a little down. It's just so beautiful. It makes me feel beautiful. I love the word choice. Phenomenal. I want to be phenomenal! There is just so much power behind that word! It's defined as, outstanding, highly extraordinary, exceptional, prodigious. You see all of those words? That's what you are! PHENOMENAL!!! I hope you can see it. It's there!

I'm thinking about doing a survey about things that make people smile and then taking their pictures and making a collection called "smiles I love." It should be really fun and interesting to see what makes people smile! I can post one every week and keep a scrapbook about it! I'm really excited now that I'm typing about it. It should be really fun!
