Good morning beautiful! It's the beginning of a new week! Before you start your week off. How about starting your week off by setting a few minutes aside to focus on yourself. Take deep breaths and just think about whatever your heart desires. My suggestion this morning is yoga. Yoga is great because it's relaxing and it's good for your body. It can help increase flexibility, improve balance, reduce anxiety, and lower stress levels. Here is a cute routine I found on pinterest that I love. While you do your yoga, I would suggest playing music that you like and find soothing. I'll add some recommendations below the yoga poses.
